How is Micelle Delivery Different to Liposomal?

They both increase the bioavailability of supplements by shielding, protecting, and delivering them through the digestive system and into the bloodstream. The main difference between these two delivery systems is that micelles have a single layer membrane, whereas liposomes have a bilayer. In terms of their actual functioning, liposome formulations and micelles are similar. Some vitamins and nutrients are better suited for using liposomal methods, while some are more suited for a micellular formula.
