How to use
TUDCA + Bitters Complex
• Take 3 capsules daily with food or 30 minutes before a meal
Glutathione-NACET Complex
• 2 capsules daily for general support
• Up to 4 capsules daily (divided doses) for intensified support
• Sensitive individuals may start with 1 capsule daily for 3–7 days
