Suggested use
Shake well before using. Adults: One (1) teaspoon daily; can be taken up to twice daily for 2 weeks during times of extra stress. Dilute in 4-6 ounces of water, or to taste. May also be taken undiluted, or diluted in hot water for a nice herbal tea.
